🔹 Position: ERP Software Support Officer

We are looking for motivated and technically skilled individuals who can support retail and business clients in handling ERP software operations efficiently.

✅ Responsibilities:

Provide ERP software support to assigned brand locations
Handle day-to-day ERP operational issues
Assist users with troubleshooting and system guidance
Coordinate with internal technical teams for issue resolution
Monitor software performance and report bugs/errors
Train staff on ERP usage and best practices
Maintain data accuracy and operational workflow
Visit assigned client/brand locations when required
Ensure smooth implementation and support after deployment

✅ Requirements:

6 Months to 1 Year experience in ERP software support or related field
Basic understanding of retail/business ERP systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Must be responsible, professional, and customer-focused
Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
Candidate must be willing to travel to assigned locations
