We are looking for an experienced ERP Software Support & Deployment Lead to oversee software implementations, customer onboarding, user support, training, and post-deployment success.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP software deployments and implementations.
• Gather business requirements and configure ERP solutions accordingly.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and go-live activities.
• Conduct user training sessions and create user documentation.
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 ERP support to clients.
• Troubleshoot software issues and coordinate with the development team for resolutions.
• Monitor deployment performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Maintain implementation reports and project documentation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ERP clients during deployment and support phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, deployment, or software support.
• Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Inventory, or CRM.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, SaaS applications, or enterprise software.
• Strong communication and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of SQL, data migration, and software testing will be an advantage.
