About Us

EZYPRO is Pakistan’s first cloud-based Construction Project Management Software, designed to streamline workflows, enhance transparency, and bring automation to the construction industry. Our mission is to transform traditional construction practices into seamless, digitalized processes.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team and drive adoption of EZYPRO across the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and build strong relationships with construction companies, consultants, and contractors.

• Present and demonstrate EZYPRO software features, highlighting value propositions tailored to client needs.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.

• Maintain an updated CRM with client interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline management.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve customer engagement.

• Provide feedback from clients to the product team for continuous improvement.

• Represent EZYPRO at industry events, exhibitions, and webinars to generate new leads.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, ERP, or construction-related solutions.

• Strong understanding of the construction industry and its workflows will be a plus.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation and result orientation.

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
