A dynamic organization is seeking a skilled ERP Coordinator to join its team at the Lahore Sheikhupura Road location. This role uniquely combines ERP system expertise with design and creative project leadership, making it ideal for professionals who are both technically proficient and visually creative.

The ERP Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s ERP system across multiple departments, ensuring seamless integration and usability. Simultaneously, this role demands active involvement in the planning and execution of exhibition stalls and creative display designs, requiring a solid grasp of design principles and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and continuous enhancement of the ERP system.

• Ensure smooth ERP operation and inter-departmental data coordination.

• Manage the design, setup, and presentation of stalls for expos and corporate events.

• Lead the design team on a project basis to ensure alignment with creative goals and timelines.

• Act as a liaison between technical and creative departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Deliver solutions that meet both functional and aesthetic business needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Software Engineering, BBA, MBA, or Arts & Design.

• Strong command of ERP systems and proven experience in ERP customization.

• Demonstrated experience in expo or stall design, preferably in a leadership role.

• Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
