Description:

We are looking for an Entry Level Lead Generation Associate / B2B Data Scraper to join our team and help us build a high-quality sales pipeline. You will be responsible for sourcing, verifying, and managing B2B leads using advanced research and data extraction techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Lead Sourcing & Data Scraping

  • Use web scraping tools, LinkedIn, and other platforms to extract verified B2B leads.
  • Research company websites, business directories, and databases to collect relevant contacts.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and deduplication of lead data.

Database Management & Enrichment

  • Verify and clean collected lead data (contact details, company information, etc.).
  • Organize and update lead lists in CRM systems.
  • Maintain data accuracy by identifying and removing outdated or duplicate information.

Email List Building & Segmentation

  • Build targeted email lists based on industry, job title, company size, and other criteria.
  • Segment leads for personalized outreach campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead qualification processes.

Automation & Tool Utilization

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Skrapp.io, Hunter.io, and Lusha to streamline lead generation.
  • Leverage email verification tools to maintain high deliverability rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest B2B lead generation techniques.

Compliance & Ethical Data Practices

  • Ensure lead collection aligns with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data privacy regulations.
  • Follow best practices for ethical B2B data sourcing and outreach.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years in B2B lead generation, data scraping, or a related field.
  • Tools Knowledge: Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, or similar tools.
  • CRM Experience: Experience managing and updating lead databases in platforms like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar is a Plus.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong attention to detail and ability to clean and organize large datasets.
  • B2B Knowledge: Understanding of B2B sales processes, industries, and lead qualification is a plus.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and consistently meet lead generation targets.
