Description:
Unity Retail is currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Manager who will be responsible for establishing and driving sales activities for our software products within a designated geography. You will be expected to penetrate and prospect named accounts for new business as well as establish new prospects.
What are we expecting?
- Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base and generate new revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives at Enterprise and Medium-size businesses
- Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts and seamless onboarding
- Lead in-person client presentations to C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and proposals
- Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to meet their needs
- Contact potential prospects from personally-generated research to build a robust sales pipeline
- Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives
- Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
- Tracking customer information, forecasts, and reports
- Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
- Planning & Strategizing marketing activities with the Marketing and Channel teams for the end-users and channels
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience selling On-Demand, SaaS (Software as a Service) solution or subscription-based product to a diverse customer base would be a huge plus
- 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business
- A proven track record for closing large and mid-size companies
- Strong time management skills
- Create new business opportunities through in-depth conversations and relationship building
- Proven track record of growing business from an established client base
- Strong time management skills
- Consistent and documented track record for achieving monthly/quarterly/annual target metrics
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
