Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

Description:

ATS Synthetic (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a results-oriented ERPNext Implementor to support our digital transformation agenda and strengthen enterprise-wide operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in delivering a scalable ERPNext ecosystem with strong cross-functional alignment.

Key Responsibilities

→ Lead end-to-end ERPNext implementation, configuration, and rollout across departments

→ Translate business requirements into effective ERPNext solutions

→ Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely execution

→ Manage data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

→ Develop user documentation and conduct end-user training

→ Monitor post-go-live performance and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

→ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation

→ Strong understanding of finance, inventory, procurement, and production processes

→ Experience in ERPNext configuration, customization, and reporting

→ Familiarity with the Frappe framework and integrations (preferred)

→ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
