Enterprise Program Manager

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Program Manager to lead a large-scale integration project involving XaitCPQ and Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce) within a Salesforce and D365 environment. The role is based onsite in Karachi and requires night shift availability to align with international teams.

 

This is a high-impact role overseeing multiple teams and systems, ensuring a successful and cohesive delivery of the Symphony Integration Project.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Project Planning & Management:

• Lead coordination across XaitCPQ, Salesforce/Certinia, D365, Boomi, and client teams

• Develop and manage a detailed 26-week project plan with milestones

• Facilitate design sessions, requirements gathering, and weekly updates

• Oversee bi-weekly production deployments

 

Requirements & Scope Management:

• Conduct end-to-end scoping and ensure detailed documentation

• Lead field mapping sessions and secure stakeholder approvals

• Manage scope changes and maintain requirement traceability

 

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Align tax, finance, and vendor teams with technical workstreams

• Collaborate with Boomi integration teams for D365 workflows

• Bridge technical communications across XaitCPQ and Certinia teams

• Manage dependencies (e.g., SKU, vendor, and location data)

 

Implementation Oversight:

• Validate mapping and integration documents

• Coordinate testing efforts including UAT

• Lead go-live and hypercare support phases

• Ensure integration points are fully functional and stable

 

Change Management:

• Develop training and communication plans

• Guide system transition for users and stakeholders

• Ensure all documentation for ongoing support is delivered

 

Risk Management:

• Identify and mitigate integration risks (e.g., data load, API limits)

• Monitor system performance and establish contingency plans

 

Governance & Reporting:

• Set up governance structure and stakeholder reporting cadence

• Document decisions, issues, and ensure timely resolution

• Report on timelines, risks, and resource usage to executive stakeholders

 

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise program or project management

• Proven background in SaaS, CRM, CPQ, PSA, and ERP integrations

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Certinia, XaitCPQ, and D365

• Experience with iPaaS tools like Boomi is a plus

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications are preferred

• Must be available to work onsite in Karachi during night shift hours
