About the role
- Prepare relevant documents and assist students' enrolments including offer letter, confirmation of enrolment, and so on.
- Provide face-to-face, phone and email counseling and facilitate students’ admission
- Communicate with educations providers to follow up on students' applications.
- Providing professional advice for international students to study in Australia
- Prepare relevant documents and assist students' visa applications.
- Support actively all the relevant promotion and marketing activities.
- Take charge of the creation, development, distribution, and amplification of all social media content including websites, videos, Facebook pages, social media channels, advertising, email marketing newsletters, and printed collateral for EMK Offices in English.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including student body associations, agents, partners, and education providers.
- Assist Director of Marketing & Recruitment with daily schedules and meetings.
- Act professionally always by practicing responsible business ethics as per the Agent Code of Ethics.
- Other administrative tasks if required.
About You
To be successful, you will possess the following:
- At least one year of experience working as a student counsellor or enrolment officer at an education and migration agency (required)
- Experience studying abroad or overseas student recently returned to Pakistan
- Work under pressure and meet/exceed targets in a timely manner.
- Flexibility with working hours including working over weekends and after hours.
- Strong sales and customer service techniques.
- Be computer literate and have sound social media skills.
- University degree in business, marketing, language or used to study abroad.
- Fluency in English with exceptional communication verbal and written skills.
