ReZAM Healthcare & Management is expanding its U.S. medical billing operations and is looking for a skilled and experienced Female Enrollment Executive with strong expertise in EFT, ERA, and EDI enrollments. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience working with payment processors, clearinghouses, and EHR systems and are comfortable working in a night shift environment.

💼 Role Overview:
As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing provider enrollment processes, including EFT/ERA/EDI setup and tracking, portal creation, and coordination with insurance payers and clearinghouses. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-ups, and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate enrollment completion.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle EFT, ERA, and EDI enrollments with insurance payers and payment processors
• Create and manage insurance & clearinghouse portals
• Track, monitor, and manage EDI / ERA setup with clearinghouses and EHR / PM systems
• Coordinate with clearinghouses (Availity, Office Ally, Change Healthcare, etc.)
• Perform enrollment, revalidation, and updates for Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Conduct regular payer follow-ups to resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate enrollment records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal billing and operations teams

📌 Requirements:
• Female candidates only
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in Provider Enrollment
(More than 6 months’ experience will be highly appreciated)
• Strong expertise in EFT, ERA, and EDI enrollment processes
• Experience with payment processors and clearinghouse integrations
• Solid understanding of EDI / ERA tracking and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with EHR / PM systems
• Strong knowledge of US healthcare enrollment workflows
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written – mandatory)
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to work in Night Shift (US Timings)
