Enrollment & Credentialing Specialist

Description:

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end provider enrollment for Medicare, Medicaid & commercial payers

* Handle applications through CAQH, PECOS & insurance payer portals

* Perform credentialing and re-credentialing for providers

* Maintain provider records including licenses, malpractice, and certifications

* Follow up with insurance companies until approval and activation

* Ensure HIPAA compliance and payer requirement adherence

* Maintain trackers and provide regular status updates

🔹 Requirements:

✔️ 2–3 years of relevant Enrollment & Credentialing experience

✔️ Strong understanding of CAQH, PECOS & the US healthcare system

✔️ Excellent communication and follow-up skills

✔️ Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines efficiently
