English Second Language Teacher

Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Language Instructor to join our Lahore team. This is a full-time, ON-SITE teaching role focused on delivering high-quality training for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, and internal language assessments.

The Instructor will be responsible for designing engaging lessons, preparing students for international exams, and ensuring measurable progress in language proficiency. A strong background in English language teaching and exam preparation is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured lessons for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, and internal English tests.
• Assess student needs and create personalized study plans.
• Conduct mock tests, provide feedback, and track student progress.
• Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and skill improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with counselling and recruitment teams to support overall student success.
• Contribute to seminars, webinars, and promotional activities related to language training.
• Ensure teaching practices align with international education standards.
• Staying up-to-date on coming changes and new requirements in different language tests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in English language teaching or exam preparation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven expertise in IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, or similar standardized tests.
• TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be available to start ASAP.
