Engineering Lead

Skills and Requirements

· 8+ year(s) of full-stack hands-on programming experience with .NET stack (Azure, .Net Core), relational database and modern front-end (JS, Angular/React) framework, solid knowledge of designing and creating cloud-based, distributed, and scalable system architectures.

· Ability to learn and think critically about both system design and software engineering concepts and blend those perspectives pragmatically based on project needs.

· Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator (written and oral).

· A track record of leading and mentoring less experienced developers.

· Excellent problem-solving skills. You excel at analyzing and solving problems using technology.

· Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, XP, or Kanban.

· Experience developing a strategy and roadmap for your teams.

Sr. Software Engineer

Skills and Requirements

· 3+ years(s) of full-stack hands-on programming experience with .NET stack (Azure, .Net Core, WebAPI, MVC) relational & NO SQL database and modern front-end (JS, Angular/React) framework, solid knowledge of designing and creating cloud-based, distributed, and scalable system architectures.

· Lead by example in writing high-quality code, automated testing, and other engineering best practices.

· Ability to learn and think critically about both system design and software engineering concepts and blend those perspectives pragmatically based on project needs.

· Passionate about fostering good engineering practices and processes

· Self-motivating, self-directing, and a great communicator (written and oral).

· Ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of them.

· Excellent problem-solving skills. You excel at analyzing and solving problems using technology.
