Troubleshooting of E&I related issues, preparing RCA’s and doing inventory management of all spare parts, and defining min. max. level for reordering in SAP
Plan and execute different projects (as per Business needs)
To do budgetary planning for making E&I budget with consideration of maintenance cost and production numbers/ forecast
To do monthly/ fortnightly review expenditure/ expenses of maintenance
To support ISO/ OHSAS implementation
To do people development
Prepare/ work on successor development among teams/ individuals
