Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential candidates via phone and email.
• Introduce career opportunities and understand candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the tracking system.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in building rapport and guiding conversations.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or client engagement is a plus, but not required.
