Employer Engagement Specialist

 

Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Employer Engagement Specialist to drive the growth of our candidate placement services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, identifying, and engaging with potential employers to promote our candidate profiles and secure interview opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify, and engage with potential employers to promote our candidate profiles and secure interview opportunities.
  • Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and networking events, to reach out to potential clients and establish meaningful connections.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the unique strengths and qualifications of our candidates to potential employers, highlighting their suitability for specific roles and organizations.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities through active lead generation and consistent follow-up.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to both candidates and employers, providing guidance, information, and support throughout the interview process.
  • Collaborate with our internal recruitment team to align candidate profiles with market demands and employer preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively influence decision-makers.
  • Proactive approach to lead generation and business development, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and understanding of employer needs and preferences.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
