Responsibilities
- Design high-quality creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging static posts, carousels, reels, short-form videos, and marketing assets.
- Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas aligned with company goals.
- Plan and manage the company's social media content calendar.
- Leverage AI tools to create faster, smarter, and more engaging visual content.
- Edit videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional content using modern editing tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales, HR, and Marketing teams to create campaign assets.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and showcase company culture creatively.
- Stay updated with design trends, social media algorithms, and emerging AI tools.
- Participate in content shoots and coordinate employees for internal content whenever required.
Qualifications
- Strong creativity skills and visual storytelling ability, with an eye for layout, color, and typography.
- Minimum 6 months - 2 years of experience in Creative Design, Video Editing, Content Creation, or a similar role.
- Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly.
- Understanding of creative strategy and branding, including aligning visuals.
- Basic writing skills for social media captions and content, with attention to tone and audience engagement.
- Proficiency with design and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar software).
- Knowledge of social media platforms and trends, particularly Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relevant coursework or prior internship/portfolio demonstrating design and editing work is highly beneficial.
- Interest in digital marketing and willingness to learn in a collaborative, on-site agency environment in Lahore.
