Description:

The Employer Brand and Communications Specialist will project manage, create, and deliver on internal and external campaigns to promote Motive’s employer brand through social media, employee testimonials, blogs, events, and other communication channels. We need your help implementing engaging marketing campaigns that align with our recruiting goals and tell a compelling narrative.

You’ll be responsible for increasing the awareness and quality of Motive’s Employer Brand to attract, build a talent pipeline, and support recruitment of quality employees for our open positions. You will work cross-collaboratively with internal team members to execute and highlight key areas of our employer brand. This position reports directly to the Employer Brand and Communications Manager and will operate in-office, hybrid, or remotely working from Islamabad, PK.

Working hours for this position are 3 pm-11 pm.

What You'll Do
 

• Manage employer brand content to ensure campaigns are executed on time
• Monitor user engagement and act appropriately to trends on all external channels
• Advocate for employee engagement for our employer brand campaigns and amplify our communications
• Partner with our global recruitment team on events/career fairs happening in Pakistan
• Generate new ideas for recruitment marketing and employee engagement initiatives
• Create brand assets via Canva and PlayPlay (video testimonials and static)
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for external communications and content such as blogs, social media, events, partnerships, etc.
• Promote our dynamic global company culture on both internal and external channels
• Update and support our internal communications page on Confluence
• Plan and coordinate events in Pakistan throughout the year (universities, industry partners, etc.)
