Description:
The Employer Brand and Communications Specialist will project manage, create, and deliver on internal and external campaigns to promote Motive’s employer brand through social media, employee testimonials, blogs, events, and other communication channels. We need your help implementing engaging marketing campaigns that align with our recruiting goals and tell a compelling narrative.
You’ll be responsible for increasing the awareness and quality of Motive’s Employer Brand to attract, build a talent pipeline, and support recruitment of quality employees for our open positions. You will work cross-collaboratively with internal team members to execute and highlight key areas of our employer brand. This position reports directly to the Employer Brand and Communications Manager and will operate in-office, hybrid, or remotely working from Islamabad, PK.
Working hours for this position are 3 pm-11 pm.
