✅ Design and deliver interactive training sessions for corporate and professional learners.

✅ Develop high-quality training material, case studies, and hands-on projects.

✅ Customize content to match industry trends and client needs.

✅ Evaluate participants' performance and provide constructive feedback.

✅ Stay updated with emerging tools, technologies, and certifications.

✅ Represent IKTAR in a professional and impactful manner during sessions.

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills:

✔️ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields.

✔️ Strong grip over one or more domains: AI/ML, Python, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, etc.

✔️ A minimum two years of Prior experience in teaching, corporate training, or mentoring is required.

✔️ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

✔️ Certifications like CompTIA, CEH, AWS, Azure, Google AI, etc. will be a strong advantage.

✔️ A learning mindset and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
