Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing & Social Media Executive responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing email campaigns, handling follow-ups, and managing our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, creative, and focused on driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and customers.
• Manage email follow-ups and lead nurturing to drive conversions.
• Create, manage, and grow social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with compelling content.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of email and social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Suggest and implement strategies to improve open rates, click-through rates, engagement, and conversions.
• Stay updated with latest trends and tools in email marketing and social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing and social media management.
• Strong understanding of email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and metrics.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
