Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and tech-savvy Email Marketing Specialist who is proficient in GoHighLevel and can design visually compelling email graphics to plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end email execution: from strategy and copy to design and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, build, and send email marketing campaigns and automations using GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Create standard graphics and layouts for email promotions & newsletters.
  • Design emails that are both mobile-responsive and visually engaging.
  • Develop automation workflows (lead nurture, win-back, onboarding, etc.) in GHL.
  • Segment lists for targeted email campaigns.
  • Write effective, conversion-focused copy when needed.
  • Analyze email performance (open/click/conversion rates) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Client Success Team to support ongoing promotions and brand messaging for our Clients.
  • Stay up to date on email marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with GoHighLevel - campaign management, automations, and email templates.
  • Graphic design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • A strong eye for layout, branding, and visual hierarchy.
  • Understanding of email best practices (deliverability, segmentation, CTAs).
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized- able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • A/B testing experience.
  • Experience with SMS marketing inside GHL. ( Bonus )
