We’re looking for a dynamic Email Marketing Specialist who’s ready to take full ownership of our email and SMS marketing campaigns. From crafting high-converting campaigns to building automated journeys that delight customers, you’ll play a key role in growing and engaging our community across multiple channels.

How You’ll Make a Difference:

• Build and launch high-performing Email and SMS campaigns that captivate and convert
• Create smart automation flows (welcome series, cart abandonment, win-back campaigns, birthday triggers, etc.)
• Design and implement welcome popups and lead generation forms to grow our subscriber base
• Craft and send event-driven emails (holiday promotions, product launches, flash sales, etc.)
• Personalize messaging through advanced segmentation and dynamic content strategies
• Set up, run, and analyze A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance
• Collaborate with designers to produce stunning, mobile-optimized email templates
• Monitor deliverability, list health, frequency, and engagement to protect inbox reputation
• Track industry trends and competitor moves — always keep us one step ahead

What You’ll Bring:

🔹 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM marketing

🔹 Strong hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar

🔹 Excellent copywriting and editing skills — you know how to grab attention and drive clicks

🔹 Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and behavioral targeting best practices

🔹 Analytical mindset — you love diving into open rates, click rates, conversions, and beyond
