Stafflink is seeking a passionate and driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing startup team for an on-site night shift role. We are an early-stage company offering the opportunity to create real impact and grow with us from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute multi-step cold email campaigns using Instantly (Hypergrowth setup).

• Craft compelling, response-worthy email copy tailored to Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs).

• Manage inbox deliverability, domain warmups, and maintain domain health.

• Generate and enrich lead lists using Apollo.io and other sources.

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to run targeted outreach and generate warm leads.

• Continuously optimize campaigns using a data-driven approach.

• Collaborate with sales to guide leads through the funnel.

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator

• Bonus: Dripify, CRM tools, DNS setup knowledge (SPF/DKIM/DMARC), warmup tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold email outreach and B2B lead generation.

• Deep understanding of email deliverability, personalization, and structure.

• Startup mindset: fast-paced, resourceful, and results-driven.

• Must be based in Lahore and available for on-site night shift.

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience generating leads in US, UK, Canada, or Australia.

• Familiarity with DNS setup (SPF/DKIM/DMARC) and CRM/outreach integrations.
