Description:
This is a full-time role as an Email Marketing Specialist at Topdot in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible to generate high-quality Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) to drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation Campaigns
- Design and execute cold email outreach campaigns targeting decision-makers in industries relevant to IT and software development services.
- Ensure all communications are engaging, personalized, and aligned with our services.
Targeting and Segmentation
- Research and identify ideal prospects based on company size, industry, geography, and business pain points.
- Develop and maintain accurate prospect lists with tailored messaging strategies.
Campaign Execution and Reporting
- Analyze cold outreach performance metrics (e.g., open rates, response rates, and conversion rates).
- Provide reports on campaign performance, MQLs, SQLs
- Optimize subject lines, email copy, and calls-to-action (CTAs) for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in cold email marketing and lead generation for IT service-based companies (mandatory) preferably for US Market.
- Demonstrated success in creating campaigns that generate qualified leads (MQLs and SQLs) for service-based businesses.
- Familiarity with multi-touch outreach strategies (email, LinkedIn) and an understanding of how they drive results.
- Knowledge of US IT/Software development industry, trends, and market dynamics.
