Precon Consult is a fast-growing construction estimation company that provides accurate and affordable takeoff services to contractors and subcontractors across the U.S. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead outreach and retention campaigns aimed at growing our client base and maintaining strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Cold Email Campaigns & Outreach:

• Plan and execute segmented email marketing campaigns targeting contractors and subcontractors.

• Write persuasive and professional emails tailored to different roles in the construction industry.

• Optimize cold outreach efforts to increase engagement, open rates, and conversions.

✅ Database & CRM Management:

• Maintain clean and updated contact databases for efficient outreach.

• Ensure proper list segmentation and personalization for targeted campaigns.

✅ Performance Tracking & Optimization:

• Monitor key email marketing metrics (open rates, replies, conversions) and report on campaign performance.

• Utilize A/B testing and automation to optimize outreach effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

Requirements:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in cold outreach.
✔ Proficiency with email marketing tools (Instantly, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
✔ Strong copywriting and analytical skills to craft high-converting emails.
✔ Experience with A/B testing, campaign automation, and CRM management.
✔ Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
