Global SEAD is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Expert with hands-on expertise in the US market, email automation, deliverability, data management, and email infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, execute, and optimize targeted email campaigns for the US market
• Manage email lists, segmentation, automation, and lead nurturing
• Perform data extraction, cleaning, and verification
• Design, test, and optimize email templates
• Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
• Manage email sending through relevant platforms
• Maintain strong email deliverability, sender reputation, and domain health
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and international email regulations
Required Technical Skills:
• Salesforce – REQUIRED
• HubSpot
• Email marketing and automation platforms
• SMTP setup, configuration, and sending
• Email deliverability and sending practices
• Data extraction, finding, cleaning, and verification
• Advanced Microsoft Excel
• DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and MX Records
• Domain authentication and email infrastructure
• Google Workspace, Outlook, and domains
• Email sending software/platforms
• Troubleshooting email and domain-related issues
• Strong practical knowledge of email marketing, SMTP, domain authentication, data management, and deliverability
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field
• 2–3 years of professional Email Marketing experience
• US Market experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of email marketing strategy, automation, and lead nurturing
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation platforms
