Key Responsibilities
• Develop, execute and manage email marketing campaigns from concept to deployment.
• Create engaging email content, newsletters, promotional campaigns and drip sequences.
• Segment email databases and maintain subscriber lists for targeted communication.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click through rates, conversions and ROI.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve email effectiveness and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with sales, business development and marketing teams to align campaign objectives.
• Optimize email templates for desktop and mobile responsiveness.
• Generate regular reports and provide insights for continuous campaign improvement.
• Manage and maintain email automation workflows.

Requirements
• 2–3 years of proven experience in Email Marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Brevo or similar tools.
• Experience with email automation, lead nurturing and audience segmentation.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
• Knowledge of email deliverability, spam compliance and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a software house or technology company.
• Understanding of lead generation and B2B marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
