GE Solucions is seeking a highly motivated and creative Email Campaign Strategist to join its marketing team in Karachi. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in email and SMS campaign strategy, copywriting, and data-driven decision-making.

As an Email Campaign Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting, deploying, and optimizing email and SMS marketing initiatives that enhance engagement, increase conversions, and build lasting customer relationships. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure messaging quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling email and SMS campaigns using custom HTML, pre-designed templates, and a range of automation tools.

• Utilize tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Brevo, and Instantly to design automation workflows and campaign sequences.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather campaign assets, develop content strategies, and ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Leverage behavioral and demographic insights to create personalized campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

• Plan and conduct A/B testing on subject lines, send times, creatives, and CTAs to optimize campaign effectiveness.

• Monitor and evaluate campaign KPIs including open rates, CTRs, conversions, and unsubscribe rates, using the data to guide future strategies.

• Write engaging and persuasive copy for subject lines, preview text, and calls to action tailored to specific customer segments.

• Extend campaign reach through complementary engagement on social media platforms.

• Stay informed on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in email/SMS marketing and customer relationship management.

• Proactively identify opportunities for workflow optimization and performance enhancement through tool integration or strategy adjustments.

• Respond to customer interactions and feedback to build trust, loyalty, and community interest.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)

• Familiarity with email marketing regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)

• Strong command over HTML/CSS for email development and experience with CMS tools

• Excellent written English and ability to craft high-impact marketing content

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into effective campaigns

• Creative problem-solver who is proactive and detail-oriented
