Leading Towel Industry is seeking an experienced "Electrical & Electronics Manager" to lead maintenance, utilities, and project execution initiatives across our dyeing division.

Job Responsibilities:

* Lead cost-saving initiatives in utilities, maintenance, and power generation
* Ensure smooth operations through preventive maintenance and reduced downtime
* Oversee all audit requirements and ensure equipment quality & performance
* Manage ETP, RO, and boiler systems efficiently
* Coordinate with Stitching & Printing departments for maintenance support
* Execute in-house commissioning of diesel engines
* Monitor inventory and lifecycle management for optimal performance
* Drive execution of new projects on time with high efficiency

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Master’s preferred)
* Minimum 8–10 years of Textile Industry experience (Must)
* Strong knowledge of utility systems, ETP, power generation & industrial maintenance
