iSolve RCM is a growing healthcare revenue cycle management company supporting medical practices with billing, AR, and operational support. We are expanding our team and looking for an experienced EDI Specialist to manage electronic transactions and payer integrations.

Role Overview

The EDI Specialist will manage Electronic Data Interchange workflows including claim submissions, ERA/EFT enrollments, payer integrations, and clearinghouse communication. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor EDI claim submissions
• Handle ERA and EFT enrollments
• Set up and maintain payer portals
• Initiate and manage clearinghouse integrations
• Investigate and resolve EDI rejections and claim errors
• Work closely with Billing and AR teams
• Maintain documentation for payer connections and processes
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing
• Knowledge of EDI transactions (837, 835, etc.)
• Familiarity with Clearinghouses, ERA, EFT, and payer portals
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work night shift onsite
