Electrician Supervisor

Description:

Supervise and perform the duties of maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of elevators and high-voltage generators (200KV, 265KV) in various facilities

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth functioning of electrical systems and equipment

Train, guide, and oversee junior electricians and technicians to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

Diagnose and repair complex electrical issues in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed, and provide regular progress updates to management

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards

Collaborate with other team members to improve overall efficiency and service quality

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with elevators and high-voltage generators (200KV, 265KV)

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations

Proven experience in supervising and training junior electricians and technicians

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
