  • Lead and contribute to emotional wellness initiatives, including programs like the RULER approach, bullying prevention, and "Feeling Box" activities.

  • Integrate psychological observations into students' digital health records (EHR) to track progress and provide ongoing support.

  • Participate in school-wide awareness sessions and offer resource teacher training to enhance the overall school environment.

  • Recommend classroom accommodations or strategies that support inclusive learning for students with diverse needs.

  • Collaborate with the network of physicians, nutritionists, and dentists for comprehensive student care.

  • Offer consultations or workshops for parents and school staff to improve understanding of psychological processes and foster a supportive environment.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, recommendations, and follow-up procedures, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.

Required Qualifications:

  • MPhil or Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from an HEC-recognized university.

  • Strong knowledge of child development, learning theories, and behavioral interventions.

  • At least 1–2 years of experience working in educational or child-centered organizations.

  • Proficiency in conducting basic psychological assessments for school-age children.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with students, parents, and staff.

  • Ability to work in school, community, or virtual settings.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with EHR or digital health tracking tools for student data management.

  • Experience in school-based counseling or conducting teacher-parent workshops.

  • Fluency in Urdu and/or other regional languages is a plus, along with English proficiency.
