We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor with a minimum of 2 years of experience in student counselling at Cambridge System Institution or at Educational Consultancy Firm . This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable Foreign Degree Awarding Institute in Hyderabad.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and counselling to students seeking educational opportunities
- Advise students on academic and career planning, program selection, and university admission requirements at Monarch Institute of International Studies
- Facilitate communication between students and educational institutions
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and academic achievements
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth student recruitment process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as Career Counsellor, Student Counsellor or Educational Consultant.
- Knowledge of the UK education system and admission requirements( Preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of counselling techniques and strategies, academic advising, and student learning styles
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and colleague
- A passion for education and helping students achieve their academic and career goals
- Fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Experience in international education or cross-cultural settings is a plus
