Educational Counselor

Description:

We’re looking for a motivated and passionate Educational Counsellor to join our growing team at Paragon Overseas Education, DHA Phase 4 branch.

If you enjoy guiding students, building relationships, and helping people shape their academic futures, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

1. Counsel students regarding study abroad options (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.)

2. Guide students throughout the admission and visa process.

3. Maintain accurate student records and follow up with leads regularly.

4. Build relationships with universities and ensure up-to-date knowledge of programs and requirements.

5. Meet monthly targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and student satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Education, or related field).

2 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Prior experience in education consultancy or student counselling will be an advantage.

4. Confidence to interact with students and parents both in-person and online.

5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
