Educational Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Student Recruitment and International Education Consultant to design and implement strategies that attract and enroll students seeking international education opportunities, primarily for destinations like the UK, Australia, Canada, and the USA.

This is a flexible, high-impact role with excellent earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategies to attract and enroll international students

- Research and analyze market trends to recommend effective outreach activities (such as partnerships, online campaigns, education fairs, webinars, and direct marketing)

- Guide prospective students through the admissions journey, ensuring a high application-to-enrollment conversion rate

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, institutions, and external partners

- Regularly report on progress, challenges, and opportunities

- Identify new student recruitment channels and propose growth initiatives

Requirements:

- 2-3+ years of proven experience in student recruitment, international admissions advisory, or education consultancy

- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding student enrollment targets

- Strong knowledge of leading study abroad destinations (UK, Australia, Canada, USA preferred)

- Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and deliver results

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Flexible schedule to support student and partner needs
