IMC Certifications is hiring a motivated and target-driven Education Counselor for its Lahore office. This is a sales-focused role where the candidate will be responsible for guiding prospective students, converting leads into enrollments, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities • Counsel prospective students regarding certification programs
• Manage leads from inquiry to successful enrollment
• Follow up with potential candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Convert leads into enrollments by achieving monthly targets
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the process

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, education consultancy, or telesales
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
