Ecommerce Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable E-commerce Teacher to join our team. As an E-commerce Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching and training our students on the various aspects of e-commerce, including Amazon, eBay. Daraz, Shopify, online store management, digital marketing, customer engagement, and fulfillment processes. You will be expected to provide hands-on training and guidance to help our students to develop the necessary skills and knowledge required to succeed in the fast-paced world of e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training modules on various e-commerce topics, just like Amazon, eBay, Daraz, and Shopify, including online store management, digital marketing, customer engagement, and fulfillment processes.

Design training programs and resources that cater to different learning styles and skill levels.

Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students who require additional help or guidance.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our training programs are current and relevant.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies.

Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
