Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Karachi. We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented E-commerce Marketing & Shopify Store Manager to take ownership of our online brand presence. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical store maintenance and creative marketing, responsible for optimizing the user experience (UX) on Shopify, managing product listings, and creating high-converting email marketing campaigns (flows and campaigns) to drive customer retention and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing & Campaign Management
- Strategy & Execution: Develop, plan, and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns to drive revenue and customer engagement.
- Automation/Flows: Create and manage automated email flows (e.g., Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase Follow-up, Win-back campaigns)
- Segmentation: Segment email lists based on customer behavior, purchase history, and demographics to improve engagement.
2. Shopify Store Management & Operations
- Product Management: Manage product listings, including uploading new products, updating descriptions, pricing, and images, and organizing collections.
- Site Updates & Optimization: Maintain the website, update banners, and implement UX improvements to increase conversion rates (CRO).
- Inventory & Order Support: Monitor stock levels and work with the logistics team to ensure smooth order processing.
- App & Theme Maintenance: Troubleshoot technical issues related to Shopify functionality and third-party apps.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports on website sales, traffic, and conversion data.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management, specifically with Shopify.
- Email Platform Expertise: Strong proficiency in email marketing tools.
- Shopify Proficiency: In-depth understanding of the Shopify admin backend, product management, and theme settings.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SMS marketing tools
- Basic understanding of SEO for e-commerce.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
