Ecommerce Operations Specialist

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to join our international team. You'll be working as a head of a team with responsibility for managing the team, oversee order process, monitoring website performance, work over 118 international websites and create, resize, and edit foreign language image variants for on-site and email use. you will support data-driven decision-making by preparing performance reports, tracking key trading metrics, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement. If you have a strong background in e-commerce store management and excel in fast-paced environments, ensuring efficient operations and outstanding customer experiences, we would love to hear from you. What You'll Do: - Content & Asset Management: Adapt image assets for foreign languages, resize/edit as needed, and ensure consistency with intake form instructions. Review preview links and draft eDMs for accuracy. - Website QA & Site-Walking: Inspect live sites for missing labels, broken links, typos, image issues, and UI/UX inconsistencies. - Ecommerce Trading & Performance Analysis: Support the daily “Morning Paper” report by analyzing OMS data and key KPIs (traffic, conversion, search, engagement, pricing, marketing, and competitor trends) across multiple sources. -Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal. -Monitor and ensure compliance with platform policies to maintain store performance and integrity. What We’re Looking For: -Proven experience of 5-7 years in e-commerce operations (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms). -Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. -Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Proficiency in spoken and written English for clear and effective communication. - Ability to work independently and able to lead a team within a fast-paced environment. Qualification: - Certification related to e-commerce platforms. - Bachelors degree from a renowned university.
