Ecommerce Manager

Description:

1) Must have atleast 3 years experience in managing an ecommerce high volume website.
2) Must be highly skilled in managing WordPress websites, social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram etc.
3) Must have good written English.
4) Should be able to run and manage marketing activities and promotions independently on Facebook etc to complement sales.
5) Can manage our online sales goals and does not need micro management.

Job Description:

The individual will take care of the entire online presence of our business and his responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
1) Comprehensively managing, and listing ads on our ecommerce website, facebook page, posting on different facebook groups, fb marketplace, instagram,olx, and and all other social commerce channels that the management may decide to pursue. Making sure that the posting is in complete accordance to the given guidelines.
2) Will be responsible for answering all customer queries (sales queries or otherwise) accross all the above mentioned platforms.
3) Store/manage/maintain and backup all company digital assets including all creative assets as well as product pictures/specs/pricing details on google drive etc.
4) This is a full time job and we will not be able to accomodate someone who is still studying.
