Ecommerce Developer

Jalsonic Networks is actively seeking a talented and motivated eCommerce Developer with strong hands-on experience in Shopify and WooCommerce to join our growing development team. This is a full-time, on-site position offered in a 3-shift rotation, providing the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced digital commerce environment.

As an eCommerce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance eCommerce websites that are visually appealing, responsive, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. You will work closely with the design, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless integration of functionality, aesthetics, and overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify and WooCommerce websites and themes.

• Modify existing themes using Liquid, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to meet specific business requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Implement third-party APIs and payment gateways for seamless checkout experiences.

• Optimize websites for speed, SEO, mobile responsiveness, and security.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform regular site audits, and ensure the stability and scalability of eCommerce platforms.

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve UI/UX bugs across different devices and screen sizes.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates (Shopify/WooCommerce).

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Shopify and WooCommerce development.

• Proficient in Liquid, PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Ability to create and customize themes from scratch.

• Familiarity with responsive design frameworks and tools.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

• Experience with Magento, BigCommerce, Wix or other eCommerce platforms.

• Knowledge of SEO best practices for eCommerce.

• Understanding of UI/UX principles and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
