Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommernce Accounts Manager to oversee and grow our UK-based Amazon account, established for over 3 years. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, from product research to performance analysis, ensuring efficient operations and consistent sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the full Amazon seller central/merchant account.
- Conduct in-depth product research and product hunting to identify profitable opportunities.
- Handle product listings, content optimization, keyword research, and SEO best practices.
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
- Conduct regular sales analysis, inventory planning, and forecasting.
- Plan and execute PPC campaigns, promotions, and A+ content strategies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep up to date with Amazon policies, trends, and marketplace updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Amazon seller accounts (preferably UK marketplace).
- Strong expertise in product research, competitor analysis, and sales performance tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, and others.
- Understanding of Amazon UK FBA/FBM models, SEO, and PPC strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
