Are you an experienced eClinicalWorks (eCW) support specialist looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy professional to assist our team with eCW system support, troubleshooting, and optimization.

💼 Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Provide technical support and troubleshooting for eClinicalWorks users

✅ Assist with EHR configuration, workflow optimization, and issue resolution

✅ Support medical billing, scheduling, and patient documentation within eCW

✅ Train staff on best practices and new features of eClinicalWorks

✅ Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations

📌 Requirements:

✔️ Proven experience with eClinicalWorks (2+ years preferred)

✔️ Strong understanding of EHR/EMR workflows

✔️ Knowledge of medical billing, scheduling, and patient record management within eCW

✔️ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

✔️ Ability to train and support healthcare staff on eCW functions
