teksoar. is looking for a results-driven eBooks Upseller who can confidently upsell publishing, marketing, and add-on services to existing international clients. This role is perfect for someone who understands client needs and knows how to maximize deal value during US business hours.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Upsell eBook services to existing & warm leads
• Pitch add-on services (editing, publishing, marketing, cover design, etc.)
• Communicate with international (US) clients via calls & chats
• Understand client requirements & close deals effectively
• Maintain CRM records & follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales & upselling targets
• Coordinate with production & management teams

🔹 Requirements
✔️ Experience in sales / upselling (eBooks or digital services preferred)
✔️ Comfortable working in night shift (US timings)
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Fluent English (spoken & written)
✔️ Target-oriented & confident closer
✔️ CRM / sales tools experience is a plus
