Description:

We are looking for a proactive Upseller to join our E-book team. In this role, you will help clients enhance the value of their E-books by introducing relevant add-on services and solutions that maximize impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling E-book services.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.

Collaborate with writing, editing, and design teams to stay informed about service offerings.

Meet and exceed upselling targets while prioritizing a client-first approach.

Collect and analyze client feedback to provide insights for improving services and packages.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills.

Understanding of e-book creation, publishing, and marketing services.

Ability to assess client needs and offer customized solutions.

Organized, proactive, and goal-driven.

Prior experience in sales or client services is a plus.
