Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who has hands-on expertise managing and scaling online stores across multiple marketplaces, with specific experience in the US, UK, and UAE markets.
Platforms you must be confident with:
- Amazon (US / UK / UAE)
- eBay (US / UK)
- Walmart (US)
- Noon (UAE)
- Shopify
- Etsy
- Experience with other marketplaces is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across all marketplaces
- Handle catalog setup, variations, pricing, and inventory coordination
- Optimize listings for SEO, keywords, and conversion rates
- Manage promotions, deals, and marketplace-specific tools
- Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and returns
- Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Analyze sales data and recommend growth strategies
- Work closely with design, marketing, and operations teams
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with US, UK, and UAE e-commerce markets
- Strong understanding of regional marketplace policies, buyer behavior, and pricing strategies
- Hands-on experience with listing optimization and enhanced content (A+ / rich content)
- Ability to manage multiple stores and brands simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with paid ads (Amazon PPC, Noon Ads, marketplace ads) is a plus
