Description:

Position: E-Com Lead

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

§ Routine check-up of client’s business to ensure smooth sailing

§ Consult clients regarding suitable solutions for their current technical and non-technical challenges.

§ Project Management, Leadership, defining and Implementing plans to improve quality of service, Strategic Planning

§ Training, Development, and Coaching. Proactive.

§ Quality assures the end results whether they meet defined requirements.

§ Verifying provided task and required goal information.

§ Resolve issues are relevant to project deliverable(s) within their area of expertise.

§ Documenting processes and disseminating information to all relevant stakeholders.

§ Obtain or provide approval for changes to rules, processes, and policies.

§ Providing technical support to CRM and Sales departments when required.

§ Keeping their teams and themselves updated on any new technical updates and strategies.

§ Providing relevant pieces of training to their teams.

§ Provide the best course of action with an estimated timeline.
