As an E-commerce Intern, you will support the team in various tasks related to product listings, order management, customer service, and more. The internship will provide hands-on experience in the practical aspects of running an e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and listing products on e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, and Amazon

• Support order management processes, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer queries and resolving issues

• Assist in SEO and content creation to enhance product visibility and online presence

• Help with digital marketing campaigns to drive sales and traffic to the platform

• Learn and contribute to strategies for improving the overall e-commerce experience

Requirements:

• BBA/MBA in Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field

• Fresh graduates or final-year students are encouraged to apply

• Basic understanding of popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Daraz, Amazon)

• Knowledge of product listing, order management, and customer service

• Familiarity with SEO, content writing, and digital marketing is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
