Key Responsibilities:
- Build and customize Shopify stores for clients, including designing and implementing themes, configuring settings, and creating custom features.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Shopify stores, including coding, theme customization, and app integration.
- Keep up to date with the latest Shopify updates and features, and implement them as necessary.
- Create and maintain documentation on Shopify best practices and processes.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the Shopify platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Ensure that Shopify stores are optimized for speed, SEO, and conversion rate.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our clients' Shopify stores are at the forefront of e-commerce innovation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Shopify, including custom theme development and app integration.
- Strong knowledge of Shopify Liquid templating language and Shopify API.
- Strong knowledge in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
