Role Description
We are an eCommerce business seeking a skilled and motivated E-commerce Business Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing all phases of an eCommerce operation, including supplier relationship building, product sourcing, marketplace management, and online listing optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and suppliers to source high-quality, marketable products.
- Conduct thorough product research and competitive analysis to identify trending and profitable items.
- Evaluate product viability by performing margin calculations, cost analysis, and market demand assessment.
- Manage product listings on our company website and multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
- Optimize product listings and website content to improve visibility, conversion rates, and SEO performance.
- Monitor marketplace trends and competitor activity to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Use eCommerce tools and platforms effectively for inventory management, pricing strategies, and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotions, inventory replenishment, and customer feedback analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the eCommerce and online retail space.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in eCommerce business management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of major online marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
- Experience with product sourcing, vendor negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to perform detailed market research, competitor analysis, and financial margin calculations.
- Proficient in listing optimization, SEO, and online store management.
- Familiarity with eCommerce tools such as inventory management software, analytics platforms, and pricing tools.
- Excellent internet research skills and ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
